Summer is prime time to break out the grill for some flame-kissed fare. While hot dogs and hamburgers have their place in the grilling world, we like to expand our menus and palates for recipes that think outside the bun. Here are three grilled recipes to try at your next summer soiree, from Memorial Day to Labor Day and any time in between when you’re looking to char up something spectacular.
