Coastal Virginia Restaurant Weeks for 2023

Mark your calendars for these hot deals on breakfasts, lunches, dinners, desserts and more from local restaurants in 2023. Most restaurant weeks feature special menus at fixed prices during the designated time frames (and sometimes longer). Check websites regularly for participating restaurants, menus and other details.

Jan. 15–29: Newport News Restaurant Week
Participating restaurants across the city offer two- or three-course meals from a set menu for a fixed, affordable price.

Jan. 16–22: Virginia Beach Restaurant Week
Chefs at Virginia Beach’s finest restaurants serve up innovative menus at pre-fixe prices, so stay tuned for “something old and something new.”

Jan. 16–23: Downtown Norfolk Restaurant Week
All week long, downtown Norfolk’s participating restaurants will offer delicious meals at low, fixed prices.

Jan. 19–29: Williamsburg Restaurant Week
With unique breakfast, lunch and dinner specials, locals’ favorites, new and regular menu items, you can eat well and dine local.

Jan. 21–28: Portsmouth, VA Restaurant Week 2023
Portsmouth’s local chefs will prepare two-course lunches and three-course dinners that will leave you wanting more.

Jan. 27–Feb. 4: Restaurant Week in Smithfield and Isle of Wight County
Participating restaurants in Smithfield and Isle of Wight County will showcase some of their favorite dishes and new ones too.

March 5-19: Hampton Restaurant Week
Diners can support Hampton’s local restaurants, breweries and more as they savor local fare from Phoebus to Coliseum Central and beyond.

Meet Winston, the Virginia Beach Restaurant Association’s new “Chief People Officer.” In addition to his ambassador role promoting member restaurants and the VB culinary scene, Winston will be conducting in-person restaurant visits. This adorable pup just happens to be blind, but he will be so happy to “see” you out and about at your favorite local eatery.
