Kelly’s Tavern first opened its doors on Colley Avenue in 1983. Since then, we’ve grown
to become a locals’ favorite across Hampton Roads with 10 locations in Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Suffolk, Hampton and Newport News.
