Chesapeake Regional Healthcare’s mobile fleet is breaking down barriers to care in communities throughout Southeastern Virginia. Along with their compassionate clinical teams, these vehicles bring comprehensive services that combine hands-on care with a deep understanding of the social and emotional challenges families face. Chesapeake Regional was the first healthcare system in Hampton Roads to introduce 3D Mobile Mammography, making annual screenings easily accessible. Free mammograms are available to those who qualify with funds raised through the annual Bra-ha-ha® campaign. A fully equipped Mobile Clinic connects underserved communities to routine and urgent medical care, chronic disease management and important community resources. The Mom Mobile offers in-home care for new mothers and their infants, including breastfeeding support, mental health screenings and essential resources. Together, they are improving health outcomes throughout Hampton Roads.
