Coastal Virginia Magazine and CoVaBIZ welcomed hundreds of guests to the Peninsula and Southside editions of the 2025 Best Of Party, celebrating the winners of the Coastal Virginia Magazine Best Of Readers’ Choice Awards and CoVaBIZ Best Of Business Awards.
Held at the Newport News Marriott on July 17 and The Founders Inn & Spa on July 24, the events brought together award-winning businesses, community leaders, and readers for two unforgettable evenings of food, entertainment, and celebration.
Guests enjoyed delicious offerings from some of Coastal Virginia’s favorite restaurants and food vendors while mingling with Best Of winners from across the region. The 2025 theme, inspired by Alice in Wonderland, transformed both venues into whimsical celebrations filled with creative décor, themed cocktails, and guests dressed in imaginative costumes. Attendees embraced the spirit of the evening, with many arriving in elaborate Wonderland-inspired attire that added to the festive atmosphere.
Live entertainment kept the energy high throughout the night as guests celebrated the businesses, organizations, and professionals recognized as the best in Coastal Virginia. The events also supported a meaningful cause through a silent auction benefiting Operation Smile, the 2025 Best Of Party nonprofit partner.
The Best Of Parties continue to serve as a unique opportunity to honor the businesses that make Coastal Virginia such a vibrant place to live, work, and play while bringing together the community for an evening of celebration and connection.
