Tides Inn to Offer Complimentary Spa Services to Cancer Patients

On Nov. 6, the Journey Spa at Irvington’s Tides Inn will offer complimentary spa services to cancer patients in honor of the third annual Sparks of Light event.

The Tides Inn is one of many spas participating in the nationwide Sparks of Light movement, a one-day event that encourages spas across the country to offer free healing services to clients battling cancer. From 9 a.m.–5 p.m. on Nov. 6, the Tides Inn will offer three complimentary treatments: a 60 minute custom massage, a 60 minute Journey Spa facial and 30–60 minute manicures and pedicures.

The massage therapists at the Journey Spa will customize each 60-minute massage based on their clients’ needs and will incorporate a variety of healing techniques, including Deep Tissue, Swedish and Reflexology. The Journey Spa Signature Facial is one of the Inn’s most popular holistic facial services, using both organic and natural products to cleanse, calm, nourish and protect clients’ skin. Manicures and Pedicures are perfect for those needing a simple cuticle cleaning, nail shaping or polish change.

The Tides Inn is located at 480 King Carter Dr., Irvington. To make an appointment for yourself or a loved one, call 804-438-4430 and visit TidesInn.com for more details.
