During the last twenty years, I have dedicated my practice to representing injured state and federal longshore workers. I have also educated stakeholders such as the legal and medical community about the complex field of law known as workers’ compensation. In the real world of workers’ compensation, it takes a more common-sense approach in order to effectively navigate the multifarious nature of workers’ compensation laws. This same common-sense approach, coupled with 20 plus years of legal experience, ensures that each client experiences intrinsic fairness in pursuing their claim. As we enter into a Post Covid-19 economy, many workers will return to work to help recover our economy. Whether it is a longshoreman injured at a port, shipyard worker injured on a ship, or a state worker injured within the State of Virginia, I will continue to fight to ensure injured workers obtain the quality legal representation they deserve.
