Faces of 2024 The Breeden Company

If you read the life story of Avery Rouse, he was never meant to succeed. Growing up in a high at-risk community in Virginia Beach, Avery had every opportunity available that would lead him down a less than successful path. However, life wasn’t prepared for his internal drive, and fortitude to succeed and his desire to make the world around him better. Avery is a change agent. He’s changing perceptions, not just about himself, but about trades misperceptions. As a young leader in the multifamily service community, Avery has found his voice and is using it to share his knowledge and empower others. He is a regional maintenance director with The Breeden Company, overseeing a portfolio of area multifamily assets. Avery is outspoken and active within the multifamily community at-large, serving on industry organizational committees and boards, speaking panels and more. He is someone to watch in Hampton Roads and in the multifamily industry.

Hey Coastal Virginia!
Just a heads up: we’re giving our servers a little TLC this Thursday, May 2, starting at 4:00 PM. While you’re avoiding the 44% chance of rain out there, our website might take a quick siesta. We’ll make sure it’s awake as soon as possible!
