Oktoberfest may be cancelled in Munich this year, but celebrations are already underway at breweries, cities and towns across Coastal Virginia and around the Commonwealth. Grab your lederhosen and get your fix of Bavarian-style beers, brats, music and more throughout the state. Raise a bier stein at these Oktoberfest celebrations in Virginia. Prost!

Sept. 24: Old Town Winchester Oktoberfest
Breweries will line the Old Town Mall in Winchester for tastings. Attendees will also receive a commemorative tasting glass.

Sept. 24–26: Oktoberfest Weekend at Flying Ace Farm
Each day of Flying Ace Farm’s three-day event in Lovettsville will feature music from a different local band. On Sunday, indulge in a traditional German sausage buffet.

Sept. 25: Oktoberfest at Basecamp Brewpub & Meadows
This all-day celebration at Basecamp Brewpub & Meadows in Nelson County features live music, Oktoberfest food specials, games and Devils Backbone’s Oktoberfest-inspired brews.

Norfolk’s Benchtop Brewing will celebrate Oktoberfest with their seasonal beers, live music, food and a costume contest.

Sept. 25, Oct. 2: Old Ox Oktoberfest
Each weekend at Old Ox Brewery’s Middleburg beer garden will feature 10 traditional beers on tap, a German-inspired menu, live music, a stein holding competition and costume contest.

Sept. 25: Oktoberfest at Solace Brewing
Solace Brewing Company in Sterling has a full day of Oktoberfest fun, including live music from Lost Lederhosen, family stein races, a stein holding competition and costume contest.

Sept. 25: Oktoberfest 2021 at Maker’s Craft Brewery
Maker’s Craft Brewery in Norfolk will feature delicious German food, entertainment and ice-cold beer.

Sept. 25: Oktoberfest at COVA
COVA Brewing Co. will host their second-annual Oktoberfest celebration in Norfolk with food from a German food truck, live music and German-inspired fun.

Sept. 25–26: Roctoberfest
Get ready to rock at Center of the Universe Brewing in Ashland with two full days of German-style beers, food and live music.

Oct. 1–2: 3rd Annual Oktoberfest at Farm Brew Live
Attendees can enjoy live music, Oktoberfest brews and a special German-inspired menu at Farm Brew Live in Manassas.

Oct. 1–10: Oktoberfest Celebration at Blue Mountain Brewery
Blue Mountain Brewery in Afton celebrates Oktoberfest for 10 days with live oompah music, German food specials and the brewery’s seasonal 13.Five Oktoberfest Lagerbier on draft.

Oct. 1–2: Appalachia Oktoberfest
Celebrate Oktoberfest in downtown Appalachia with food vendors and a beer garden, along with craft vendors, hayrides, kid’s activities and more on Saturday.

Oct. 2: Oktoberfest at The Bier Garden

Barely Naked Brewing Company in Stafford will celebrate Oktoberfest and their third anniversary with live music, food trucks, family-friendly games, contests and beer.

Oct. 15: Oktoberfest at Wolf Hills
Wolf Hills Brewing in Abingdon will have Marzen-style lager and live music from Mountain Top Polka Band.

Oct. 23: Oktoberfest in Historic Stanardsville
This adult fall festival is a great time to enjoy beer, food and live music. There will also be a homebrewers competition, costume contest, games, attractions and more.

Oct. 24 Yorktoberfest
