Like so many pandemic postponements, COVID couldn’t stop Megan Pennington-Boggio and Luis Cardona from making it official and marking the day with love from friends, family and a touch Harry Potter magic. When COVID prevented the bride’s niece and nephew from attending as flower girl and ring bearer at the last minute, the bride’s brother stepped up to fill in, complete with a wizard’s robe and flower wand. “We even managed to scrounge up a fanny pack full of mini bottles for him to distribute,” says Megan, “which ended up being one of the wedding highlights!”
