Every couple deserves the chance to play the starring roles in their own love story. That’s what the creative team had in mind for this recent styled shoot at Smithfield Winery, “a place where true love stories never have an ending or lose their glow.” The winery collaborated with Mann & Wife event planning company and Sharon Elizabeth Photography to create “an elegant juxtaposition that warms the senses and draws the eye in on the details.”
“Inspired by the enchanting architectural elegance of French country châteaus, we wanted to embrace that vision at Smithfield Winery,” explains Natasha Weiss, owner and winemaker. Working with real-life husband-and-wife team Josh and Elizabeth Mann, they had a vision to “incorporate the winery’s exposed black bricks and chiffon whites of the fixtures and tin ceiling into an enchanting city fairytale creating a setting where anyone could envision themselves stepping into the main character role.”
Against this beautiful backdrop, all eyes are on the bride in two different stunning sleeveless, V-neck gowns from Virginia’s Daughter Bridal Boutique, featuring lace details, crystal beading, embroidered motifs and body-hugging silhouettes that aren’t afraid to make a dramatic entrance worthy of the red carpet. This story is just getting started.
