Williamsburg Winery to Open Wine Bar in Virginia Beach

Two years ago, Williamsburg Winery debuted a standalone tasting room in Merchants Square offering flights, bottles and tasty nosh options. Earlier this month, the Peninsula vintners announced yet another expansion, this time across the water in Virginia Beach.

The intimate Wine Bar is currently under construction at La Promenade Distinctive Shoppes and is slated to open by the end of the summer. Like the Merchants Square joint, Wine Bar will serve a host of Williamsburg wines and meads. The winery team hints at a locally inspired menu as well.
