Nestled in the Chic’s Beach community is 2Beaches studio, a charming bayside boutique brimming with unique upcycled and handcrafted finds. Founded in 2022 by longtime friends and local artists Kelly Guswiler and Rebecca Anderson, 2Beaches Studio is a haven for those seeking one-of-a-kind treasures or a hands-on art experience.

The front of 2Beaches Studio is a retail space carefully curated with works of local artists. Find glass blown wine stoppers and coastal-inspired jewelry as well as stunning 3D mosaics and professional photography. In the back of the studio are Guswiler and Anderson’s respective workspaces. Mondays and Tuesdays are dedicated studio days for the two female artists.

With a shared passion for sustainability, Guswiler and Anderson lean into their creative intelligence to breathe new life into retired objects. Throughout the retail space visitors will find ordinary pieces like kitchen cabinets and antique chandeliers transformed into more modern and beach-centric statement pieces.

Guswiler and Anderson not only like to share their creations with others but they enjoy engaging community members in the creative process as well. On Tuesday afternoons and Wednesday evenings, 2Beaches hosts adult workshops with projects changing monthly.

The duo also hosts community events like Kids’ Art Show and Jingle Mingle in partnership with surrounding women-owned businesses Sugared Mango, A Shore Thing, Shore Drive Florist and beachbuilt. Learn more at Facebook.com/2beachesstudio.
