Their cameo in the wedding video might be the last footage the couple has of that person. It’s extremely meaningful.”
It’s not all serious and sentimental, though. Video can also be used for entertainment value at a wedding. Gibby Visuals recently launched a fun new feature couples can incorporate into their wedding: a slow motion booth. As with a photo booth, guests can dress up with props and costumes. The video camera then captures your guests’ antics in slow motion. It’s a unique way to entertain your guests during the cocktail hour and reception, and it makes for hilarious footage and a truly unique keepsake. No matter how you decide to incorporate video into your wedding, the best advice is to make sure you do have a wedding video at the end of the day. A majority of brides surveyed who did not have a wedding video regretted it and would recommend that future brides hire a videographer.
“Ten years from now, the wedding video is something you and your family will look back on and enjoy more than anything else from the wedding day,” says Gibby.
