Latest Trends Hit the Runway at Town Center Fall Fashion Show

On Saturday, Sept. 22, Town Center of Virginia Beach will debut its fourth annual Fall Fashion Show with two celebrity hosts, actor Michael Copon and Kristen Crowley of WTKR. Together, Copon and Crowley will introduce fashion show guests to the latest in fall trends as models from Splash Model Management strut new collections from nearby retailers including Anthropologie, Free People, Monkee’s of Virginia Beach and more.

Setting the stage with autumn-inspired furnishings and home décor is Town Center’s West Elm. Kimberly Nickerson, program director for the Central Business District Association, expects the designers at West Elm to showcase their expertise in urban, upscale décor with touches of bold velvet.

In addition to Anthropologie, Free People and Monkee’s, Fall Fashion Show participants include Boyer’s Diamonds at Town Center, Destination Maternity, Ann Taylor LOFT, Men’s Wearhouse, Modern Salon and Spa, francesca’s and Mrs. Bones’.

After the show, Copon will be available for both photo opportunities and a meet and greet at Monkee’s. Copon, a Chesapeake native, is an internationally acclaimed actor, producer, singer and entertainer with several appearances in popular television shows like “One Tree Hill” and big-screen hits such as Bring It On: In It to Win It.

Guests are also encouraged to use their admission ticket to take advantage of Town Center’s flash sales and restaurant specials. Participating retailers include LOFT, Boyer’s, Monkee’s, Tupelo Honey and The Royal Chocolate.

The Saturday evening fashion show will take place from 7 to 8 p.m. at the Town Center Fountain Plaza. The event is free and open to the public, however guests are encouraged to register for admission in advance. Swag bags and raffle tickets will be available for the first 300 guests.
